Ramadan Special Mutton Biryani

And if there’s one dish that can turn an ordinary Iftar into a celebration, it’s Mutton Biryani.

The sound of rice being layered, the richness of slow-cooked mutton, the steam carrying spices through the house; this is not just food.

This is Ramadan on a plate.
