Ingredients 

  • 2 cups basmati rice 
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables 
  • Whole spices 
  • Salt 
  • 4–5 drops Tiger Foods Veg Pulao Essence 

Method 

  • Sauté spices and vegetables. 
  • Add soaked rice and water. 
  • Once cooked, add Veg Pulao essence and steam for 5 minutes.
