Egg Biryani, Simple Ramadan Comfort 

Biryani has a special place in Ramadan kitchens. When time is short but cravings are strong, Egg Biryani becomes the perfect solution. Fragrant rice, aromatic spices, and perfectly boiled eggs come together to create a comforting meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups basmati rice 
  • 4 boiled eggs 
  • 2 onions (sliced) 
  • 1 tomato 
  • Whole spices 
  • Curd  
  • 4 drops Tiger Foods Biryani Essence 

Method 

  • Fry onions until golden. 
  • Add tomatoes and spices. 
  • Add rice and water. 
  • Once cooked, place boiled eggs and add Biryani essence. 
  • Steam for 5 minutes.
