Lemon Cup Cakes – Zesty Iftar Dessert

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup flour 
  • ½ cup sugar 
  • ½ cup butter 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 4–5 drops Tiger Foods Lemon Yellow 

Method 

  • Cream butter and sugar. 
  • Add eggs and mix well. 
  • Fold in flour and Lemon Yellow essence. 
  • Bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
