Ingredients 

  • 500g chicken or paneer 
  • 2 tbsp curd 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp chili powder 
  • Salt 
  • 5 drops Tiger Foods Tandoori Tikka Essence 

Method 

  • Mix curd, lemon juice, spices, and essence. 
  • Marinate for 1 hour. 
  • Grill or pan-cook until charred and cooked through.
